At the Camp Woodlands TOR I picked up several issue needs from Ta-Oun-Ya-Wat-Ha Lodge #268. Included is a previously undiscovered neckerchief which I am designating the N2.5 shown below.
The stats would be

I would add BLK B.S.A. WWW to the N3 description making it

My thought proces for the N2.5 designation as this is likely earlier since it does not contain the FDL or BSA which became a requirement in the mid-70s so this is likely an earlier version then the N3.
