Over 10 years ago I wrote a post on the Area 2A 1949 Conclave, in it a reference a neckerchief but did not picture one.
Frank Rickenbaugh sent along an image of the neckerchief. In my original post I wrote that the patch was also found on a blue neckerchief.
He was told that this was a staff neckerchief, Can anyone confirm if this is the case?
