The host of the 2016 Section NE-2B Conclave was Buckskin Lodge #412 and it was held at Schiff Scout Reservation. The Theme was “The Difference.â€
When I wrote the post up last year, I was not aware of a Jacket Patch although the Section normally has one. Thanks to Juan Gonzalez for the image and the trade.
