I had first written about the Section NE-3B 2005 Conclave back in November of 2011.
Mia Hubbert sends along images of two previously unlisted items.
Can anyone confirm why this second variation was issued?
There was an embroidered neckerchief shown in my original post:
there was also a third border color, dark blue.
Does anyone know the reason for this border color?
