There seems to be a new regular issue patch for the Northeast REgion OA with a red border. At the lease I don’t see it on Northeast Region Order of the Arrow Patches Dave Scocca’s Northeast Region OA website . It has the same design as the Gray bordered R5, but with a red border.
Does anyone know when this version was introduced?
