Section NE-2B 2016 Conclave Issues

The host of the 2016 Section NE-2B conclave was Buckskin Lodge #412 and it was held at Schiff Scout Reservation. The Theme was “The Difference.”

First is the participant patch shared a common design with the 4 versions of the pocket patch.
