As they have done for the last several NOAC, Ktemaque Lodge #15 issued a set of numbered NOAC flaps (1-25) as part of the fundraising for the 2018 NOAC. The sets mimic the un-numbered sets which were subsequently issued. The first set has a red border and mirrors the fundraising issue.
