There have been a number of New York State OA First Flaps recently ended on eBay, however this one is not a First Flap. Here is seldom seen undated event patch from Buckskin Lodge #412 their eX19xx-1.

The bidding started on this one started at just $ 5.99 and the most of the biddding was seen at the end where 5 unique bidders each made 1 bid driving the price to $ 66.77..
