Section NE-5 1989 Conclave Update

I had previously written about the 1989 NE-5 Conclave, In 1989 the newly formed Section NE-5’s Conclave was hosted by Gyantwachia Lodge #255 and the event was held at Camp Custaloga Town. the theme for the weekend was “Seek To Serve”

I was going through my collection and realized there are two different varieties for the 1989 NE-5 patch that you mention:

In addition to the no loop version, there was a version with a loop.

My guess would be trading post version and a participant version. Can anyone confirm?
