one of Onteroraus Lodge #402 Neckerchiefs, the N3 seems to have an unlisted variation. I picked this one up about a year, since then I have seen at least one other. It is no where near as common as the un-piped variety.
The design and coloring is the same as the N3, nut this one has LBL Piping.
The piping appears to have been professionally applied.
Does anyone know the rest of the story on this issue? An Executive Board Version, or just an updated reorder of the N3?
