I posted about this Tkaen DoD Lodge #30 Prism/NEXT S40 flap back in October 2016.
the PatchScan data confirms that 55 were made by Shelby Patch company last August. The design appeared to be identical to that of a Prism Flap issued by Occoneechee Lodge #104, not sure if the used the same manufacturer.
