Back to Back issues from Shu shu Gah Lodge #24 in my State of the Hobby posts from eBay. This one is for the only Vigil Flap ever issued by Shu Shu Gah Lodge.
There were 200 numbered flaps issued, when the were issued, any dues paid Vigil member could buy two. They were given to new Vigil members for a number of years until they ran out. Since most Vigil members only got 1 or 2, you don’t see these available very often.
