In addition to the previously reported Death Flap for Onteroraus Lodge #402 which was the result of the previously merger of Onteroraus Lodge #402 and Ga Hon Ga Lodge #34 to form Ohkwaliha·Ká Lodge #34.
There were also three chevrons produced which shared a single flap. One chevron issued for each of the three counties which comprised the old council.
The chevron features fly fishing in one of the many rivers in Delaware County.
