Lowanne Nimat Lodge #219 had a large number of issues for the OA Centennial, but while they did issue a trader and Contingent set for NOAC, only the CSP of the set actually mentions the 2015 NOAC. They did have a NOAC flap which was part of the Section NE-3A NOAC Set.
