The 2013 Section NE-2A Conclave was hosted by Tschitani Lodge #10 and held at their J.N. Webster Scout Reservation, in Connecticut on the weekend of June 19-21, 2015. The theme for the event was From the Island to the Summit The Legacy Lives On.
