Seven years ago, back in June 2009, I was posting about an Otahnagon Lodge #172 S23 Home of the 2009 National Vice Chief flap issued for Dan Higham.
Note the ‘plain’ red and white arrowhead, this is the distinguishing characteristic from the ‘special’ version.
