Lowanne Nimat Lodge #219 had a large number of issues for the OA Centennial. In addition to their other 2015 issues they also had a 4 Season set of flaps each with the OA Centennial Logo ghosted in the design. There is no PatchScan label but there were reportedly 100 flaps (and sets) made. The centennial logo is ghosted in each design.
