I recently acquired a Section NE-2D 1986 Conclave Neckerchief with Yellow Piping. I had never seen this version before, the regular neckerchief is red with no piping. The piping is professionally sewn.
does anyone know the ressaon for the yellow piped version? Staff? Host Lodge?
