In August 2008 there was not a NOAC to fill the posting month, but I did post on an older NOAC issue: Section NE-2B 1973 NOAC Neckerchief.
While neckerchiefs seem to have fallen out of favor these days, Section NE-2B following in the footsteps of its Area 2-G predecessor issued a contingent neckerchief for the 1973 NOAC which was held at Santa Barbara California.
