This is another new item from Lowanne Nimat Lodge which I picked up at the TOR held at Camp Woddlands in June. It is a oval shaped patch with a snap which can be used as a neckerchief slide. Because of the material it is made from, the embroidery and design I feel it should be classified as an X issue.
