This is the second of two new issues from Otahnagon Lodge #172, this one is in celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the Order of the Arrow in 2015.
The design is similar primarily ghosted in Black, but has the OA Centennial logo.
The stats should be:
S30 BLK R BLK GRY BLK FDL; BLK 172, WWW GRY 100 Years OA Centennial logo
The PatchScan stats says that there were 200 issued.

“Over the years, Americans in particular have been all too willing to squander their hard-earned independence and freedom for the illusion of feeling safe under someone else’s authority. The concept of self-sufficiency has been undermined in value over a scant few generations. The vast majority of the population seems to look down their noses upon self-reliance as some quaint dusty relic, entertained only by the hyperparanoid or those hopelessly incapable of fitting into mainstream society.†― Cody Lundin
When I ordered this flap using a form from the Lodge’s web site delivery took several weeks; a note included with my patch apologized – they had to re-order. PatchScan stats have not reflected multiple order total quantities in my experience. YMMV.
Jonathan,
Thanks for the comment. I agree PatchScan data is only as good as what the patch company inputs and maintains. I tend to treat it as indicative but not absolute fact.
I’ve seen several instances of incorrect or incomplete quantity information in PatchScan.
