Where was it held? Section NE-3B 1999 Conclave

I had previously written about the 1999 Section NE-3B Conclave but did not have any information on the host lodge or the camp where it was held.

Can anyone provide the missing information?

Haudenosaunee Lodge #19 had a turtle totem, but that is the only clue the patch provides.
