Rob Cunningham sends along word of a new TOR in Rochester, New York. The lodge had previously run a TOR, but it seems to have died. After a hiatus, the Seneca Waterways Council Scouting Historical Society has taken up the challenge and will be running the TOR next April.

Where: at the new Seneca Waterways Council Office, home of the Corbett Museum of Scouting, in Rochester, NY.
