Area- 2-J was formed circa 1957 and was made up of the metro New York City Area Councils. In the early years, they only met every other year. There would not be a conference/conclave in NOAC years.
Below is an example of the neckerchief issued for the 1963 Area 2-J Conclave.
I also understand that there was a leather issued for the event, not sure if it was a slide or pocket patch. Does anyone have either the neckerchief or the leather one available for sale or trade?
