I had previously written about the Section NE-2A 2014 Project Leap – Participant Patch. There was also a ghosted version issued for the staff.
Project LEAP replaced the Quality Lodge Seminar which ran for the previous two years.
This is a need of mine, anyone have one available for trade or sale?
