Collecting New York State OA, one patch at a time.
At the Western New York Traders Association TOR in Wiliamsville, NY last month I found a new regular issue flap from Lowanne Nimat Lodge #219. It has the same design as their S4, but has a Brown Border.
The stats for this one are:
