Bill Boyle sends along an image of the second Tschipey Achtu Lodge #95 flap for the 2013 National Jamboree Patch. This is the contingent versions and unlike the trader flap which is nearly rectangular, this is more standard flap shape.
Update August 2013The Deer is White with LBL highlights. There were reportedly 900 of these made. There were 200 flaps issued with a glow in the dark deer. This deer appear as a pale yellow and will be listed as the S13

The contingent members told me that it glows in the dark too.
Rob Cunningham advised that the flap shaped patch has two versions, a glow in the dark and a regular versions. The regular (non-glow) version is apparently more common.
