Roy More recently added a comment to the OA Blue Book that the Ranachqua Lodge #4 S22 was a redundant or duplicate issue of the S21. This is not the case, as you can see in the scan below. The S21 is on top and the S22 below.
I would amend the Blue Book listings for clarity (changes in Bold).
