It has been a while since I posted about Red and White Strips issued for New York State Councils, but I figured it is something I could get back to with the New Year. Here is one which ended on eBay last month a used RWS from Seneca Council.
As you can see the bidding was spirited, 5 unique bidders making 11 bids. It came down to 2 bidders contesting the item when the hammer came down at $ 61.00.
There are two varieties of Seneca council RWS. This is the tougher version.
