Sean-Patrick Sosa-Iles sends along a scan of the Ktemaque Lodge #15 2012 NOAC Neckerchief worn by members of the contingent to the event. While many lodges do not seem to produce new neckerchiefs, the is the third by Ktemaque Lodge sine 2009.
