This is the first year of the new Northeast Region OA section alignments. The host of this conclave was Buckskin Lodge #412 and it was held at Onteora Scout Reservation. The Theme was “Planet Arrowmen Servant Leaders To the World.” The theme is depicted in Gold Mylar Thread, which my scanner seems to be having issues with.
There were 5 issues. A jacket patch and 4 variations of the pocket patch, all of which had the same design.
First is the Participant Patch.
A Blue bordered Service or Host Lodge Patch.
There was a separate staff issue with a silver Mylar border.
and a Very Important Arrowman (VIA) Patch
This has a Gold Mylar Border (not that you would know if from my scanner.
And finally a Blue Bordered Jacket Patch
Update March 2013 There was also a Host Staff patch issued by Buckskin Lodge #412.
