Onteroraus Lodge #402 has just issued a new regular issue flap in 2012.
The new 2012 regular issue can be distinguished from the 2008 s48 Green FDL and the 2011 S51 Light Blue FDL by its White FDL.
The stats for this one should be:
S54 LBL R M/C LBL WHT FDL; Fall Scene, no lodge number on flap (design of S48) 2012
