As we get ready for the NOAC later this month and see the rush of new issues for the event, I’ve been seeking information if there will be issues for any of the NYS Sections. Four years ago I posted about an early Area issue for the 1969 NOAC.
Area 2-G issued several NOAC Contingent pieces over the years. I had previously written on their contingent patch for the 1971 NOAC. This time, we have a neckerchief issued for the 1969 NOAC held at the University of Indiana.
