Collecting New York State OA, one patch at a time.
2011 brought a change to the traditional Section Officers Seminar. The training remained, but the event was renamed “Gathering of Leaders.” The first one was held at Camp Alpine in early November 2011. There were two patches issued for the event, the second was for staff and had a red mylar border.
