I had previously written that the 1978 Section NE-2A Conclave was hosted by Ta-Oun-Ya-Wat-Ha Lodge #268 and held at their council Camp, Camp Saratoga. At the Shu Shu Gah TOR last weekend, I discovered that there was also a staff neckerchief issued for the event.
