Participants could also earn a pin for competing certain requirements, which can be seen in the scan above.
After each participant got one patch with a loop, the patches sold at the trading post had no loop.

Hi Bill,
Trying to verify if Paugassett 553 had transferred to NE-3A by this event or not until the 1993 conclave. A source says that they were moved from NE-1B in the spring of 1992 (I assume before their conclave that was held in June of that year). When was that years 3B? Thanks.
