The 1999 Section NE-5B Conclave was held in August of 1999. The theme was “Journey into the New Millennium”.

I remember attending this event briefly. I believe it was held at Camp Kingsley with Ona Yote #34 as host (the indian carrying canoe affirms my belief)
I believe there was a pin that goes with the patch.
