The 1994 Section NE-3A Conclave was held at Camp Seton and hosted by Achewon Netapolis #427. The theme was “Seek the Spirit Share the Vision.” Thanks to Roy Weatherbee for all of the images.
There were several issues for this event. First up is the participant pocket patch:

Judicial restraint is an inadequate basis for justifying an originalist jurisprudence. The incidence of judicial review is highly contingent on political circumstances.
