Before Indian Summer, there was another national OA Program for Indian Events. Intermittently during the 1970’s and 1980’s there were National Indian Seminars held at various locations throughout the country although mainly in the west.
They appear from time to time on eBay and typically do not command a very high price.
Here is one from 1984.
