The 2011 Section NE-4A Conclave was hosted by Ho-Nan-Ne-Ho-Ont Lodge #165. The Conclave Theme was “Heroes of Scouting.” It was held at Elk Lick Scout Reservation. As has been their habit, there was only a single pocket patch issued.
