Section NE-2A 1994 Conclave

The 1994 Section NE-2A Conclave was hosted by Ganienkeh Lodge#19 and held at Camp Boyhaven.

There was the typical pocket patch;

There was also a neckerchief;

The neckerchief is currently a need of mine.
