Over the border in Pennsylvania is a new Council with their first CSP’s. The Birth of Freedom Council is the result of the April 1, 2010 merger of the former Keystone Area (Mechanicsburg) and York-Adams Area (York) Councils.
The new CSP’s both the inaugural and regular issue CSP’s are available through the Council.
