Previous entries in this series, referred to the first two flaps issued by Lowanne Nimat Lodge #219, both of them were issued to commemorate the 2010 National Jamboree and the BSA Centennial. This flap, currently only available to dues paid members of the Lodge, and limited to 2 per person is considered the charter member flap. Chronologically, it is the third flap issued by the lodge and was not available until sometime after the Jamboree.
You will also note that it is the first flap to show the lodge totem, the red fox.

The Blue Book Stats for this one should be:
S3 BLK R M/C ORG N/C FDL; DGR WWW Fox Totem

Do you know if this is a temporary restriction so everyone has a chance to get flaps, or if this is intended to be a limited “charter” issue with a real regular flap issue coming later?
Dave,
I don’t have any firm information, but the impression I’ve gotten is that it will likely be a temporary restriction. Hope to learn more at the Empire State TOR in a couple of Weeks
