Ktemaque Lodge #15 issued a neckerchief to its members who attended the 2010 Section NE-7B Conclave earlier this year. Note the 15 embroidered into the neckerchief.
Since this was issued to Ktemaque Lodge members, it is considered a lodge issue rather than a section one, but I will add it to the conclave page as well.
