OK its not a red and white strip, but is is an item of interest to NY Council strip Collectors. This color combination was used by the Air Scouts. There is still a day and a half left to go on this one, and it is already over $ 200.00. There has always been a high level of interest in Air Scout Collectibles, so you have two groups of collectors chasing a limited number of items.
