Ktemaque Lodge #15 2009 NOAC Neckerchief N3

Another image via Tom Wadnola from the 2009 NOAC, this time a neckerchief from Ktemaque Lodge #15.

This follows the basic design of their regular neckerchief with some additional embroidery.
