There are still a few NYS 2009 NOAC issues that I’m looking for both a trade and the images. Tom Wadnola, supplied me with the opportunity to acquire the image of the Half Moon Lodge #28 2009 NOAC Delegate set.
The Blue Book style stats for this set should be:
S37 – GMY R M/C YEL WHT BSA; WHT Rip Van Winkle Council BSA (dows not mention NOAC) w/X11 – Delegate
X11 – GMY R M/C – YEL FDL; WHT Power of One BLK NOAC 2009 w/S37 – Delegate
