Section NE-2C 1981 Conclave Neckerchief

I had previously written about the Section NE-2C Conclave, but did not have an image of either of the neckerchiefs.

I was able to pick up the regular issue neckerchief at the Rochester TOR, and you can see it pictured below:

I’ll update the original post with the image too.  Still looking for a trade/image of the staff neckerchief.
