This was just the second NE-2B Conclave, but there were more items issued for this event than any other NE-2B conclave, 3 patches ans 2 neckerchiefs.
The event was hosted by Chi Sigma Lodge #546 and was held at Camp Barton and the theme was Weld Tightly Every Link.

There was also an arc earned by the particpants.
and a Jacket Patch;
and there were two neckerchiefs, fist the regular issue:
and finally a staff neckerchief.
