I originally wrote about the 2007 Section NE-2C Conclave here. I recently acquired another patch from the 2007 NE-2C Conclave with a yellow border. I believe this to be the Very Important Arrowman (VIA) issue traditionally used by Section NE-2C. The VIA round was traditionally given to the Section COC, each Lodge chief and generally the youngest arrowman in each Lodge contingent.
Can anyone confirm this is the VIA issue? I also believe that there was a regular staff issue for the event as well. Can anyone confirm this?
